Herbal salt is more than just seasoning – it’s nature you can sprinkle. When made with wild herbs and flowers, it becomes vibrant and beautiful, too! From rich green to sunny yellow and soft purples, these salts are perfect for gifting or adding flair to your own kitchen.


Colors & Herbs


  • Green: Nettle, ground elder, yarrow, parsley, basil

  • Yellow: Dandelion petals, calendula, goldenrod

  • Purple: Violets, mallow, red clover, red roses

  • Blue: Ground ivy, meadow sage, blackberry

  • Red/Pink: strawberry, raspberry






Instructions for a rainbow herbal salt


You’ll need:


  • 2-3 teaspoons of salt

  • fresh herbs/flowers/fruits of your choice


How to:


  1. Blend or grind the green herbs, the yellow ones etc one at a time with salt using a mortar, spice mill, or food processor.

  2. spread on a plate and let it dry

  3. Optional: Dry in oven at 50°C for 1 hour to

  4. then grate finely again

  5. fill in a jar one colour at a time





Tip: Perfect for small gift jars or your own herbal kitchen magic.
